Together with the Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) program, we foster relationships with community members to holistically meet the needs of families experiencing poverty.
Families are equal partners in setting goals and developing solutions to put them on the path to prosperity. Through this program, we strengthen parents’ and families’ access to employment opportunities, economic security, and health and wellbeing. Our purpose is to move families and individuals from poverty to prosperity through a multi-generation approach – students to diploma and parents to self-defined prosperity.
